Our Story

The Audio Video Guys was founded in 2007 by Brett Smith with a clear purpose: to bring professional-grade electronics installation and service to the Greater Cape Girardeau area — and to do it the right way, with real expertise and genuine accountability to the community.

Brett saw a gap. Homeowners and business owners in the region deserved access to the same quality of system design and installation that larger markets took for granted, delivered by someone local who’d stand behind their work long after the job was done. That belief became the foundation of everything we do.
